Pedro 55 if you want musleon you're birds it's the food trust me, maple peas will give you muscle, then give them lin seed and all you, re other seeds once a week with regular one hour in the sky exercise this how my bids became more powerful,perseverance with the maple is vital, you're birds will turn there noses up at first but they will eat it give the a bit cabbage to nibble as rediculas as it seems vitamins in there water you're water should look pale green transperant and grit, but don't over feed then you will see real power. Think I will trim some tails as an experiment to see if birds improve velocity and spin straighter,hell I might try triming shorter than the wings.
I also believe in more protein for more muscle.
If someone wants to know what works ,it's simple to do with an experiment.
