Hi Richie :) thanks so much for watching. I get really frustrated behind camera haha. I've now slept in the van (TV side of the bed) a few times and it hasn't bothered me yet. Fingers crossed it never does :) 🤞😁👍
We use a blue tooth rechargeable sound bar, works great
I recently fitted a Sharp DVD Smart TV, love it but was surprised how much data Netflix takes. I also have loads of films on a hard drive which plugs into monitor and can use it as a second monitor for computer. Never thought I would fit one but it has proved to be useful.

Snap Luke, I got the same tv a month ago it was recommended by Gadget John's review.
I used a gas sprung tv bracket...
I also used the plastic coil wire tidy with enough slack to move the tv in any direction.
Good ol' Mr Gadjet. That's why we bought the TV as well :)

You should either fit it there on the right hand side of the screen on that square bit, or fit it in that cupboard on the left.
I wonder what fuse you put on the other end of your 25 amp cable the fuse in the 12volt plug with Built in Switch, LED to indicate power status. Replaceable 3 A fuse. even this could be smaller :)

If you want Freeview as well have a look at an August DTA240 digital aerial, they're only a tenner and really good at picking up signal. I think Gadget John has one and Whippet Dave has one too. Just have to retune if you go somewhere completely different.

I have the same TV mount Mate. Annoyingly the van vibrations when driving work it lose and you have to tighten it regularly or it swings out on its own. Good video as ever!

Hi, I use my echo dot as the speaker for my fire stick 👍😁 works great.
I use wireless headphones. Super quiet (when watching things on my tablet).
Were do you get the cigarette charging power cable from. I looked online there are a few 12v TV but were do get that cable from?
If you want to store a load of dvds don’t get one of the zip folders they take up way too much space. Get an old blank DVD spindle. Come in 50 & 100 sizes. Way less space and weight. Just a bit more difficult to find the one you want.ebay for £5
Ive had the cello tv for over a year now. The only problem I find is when flicking through channels fairly quickly, the tv has a tendency to freeze. Then you have to switch off and wait about 10 seconds before turning back on. Its a good tv though. Ive got the non dvd version but its the smart tv so can watch youtube on it etc.

Haha, I think a small Bluetooth speaker will do just fine. We are hoping to get into the van asap, as soon as gyms and leisure centres open as that's where we plan to shower lol. We also want to be sure that were not all gonna back slide into another lock down :)

That didn't come with my TV. I'm told that sometimes this TV does come with but mine didn't.

Word of warning the amazon fire sticks need a 2a usb port older tv's might not support it.

Fire stick is £40. Plug and play! Simple. Worth getting.

@@LukesVanLife yes I seen the listing on Amazon. Buy from the manufacturer and it comes with the M4 bolts. Or you can trim them down with a angle grinder (the ones you have) plus buying from cello gets you a 12v power cable to.
I would recommend the Anker speakers too, with a 3.5mm jack cable connection to the TV you would save the battery a lot!
My concern would be dust in the DVD player, blocking the lens sled, especially in that bed area...
A local device that picks up open wifi and has it`s own sim card for wifi-less areas would be of use, I guess...
Maybe with a outdoor antenna that gains enough signal

Wrong TV should have got the Cello 32inch comes with it's own battery inside and a 40watt solar panel and two reading lights on about 8'of cable each so no using the van batterys

No need to take DVD's with you as most movies old or new will be available to watch on your firestick.
Alot of are available to watch online. But we're take films that aren't in the van :)
