Steps to replace Armature, Carbon Brush, Field Coil in DEWALT D25033K -
1. Remove Screws from Handle SA
2. Dismantle the Handle SA
3. Pull out the red and blue wires from the End Handle
4. Push the Clip so that it can be pulled out easily
5. Loose screws from Housing SA so that the Armature can be Removed from the Housing Motor
6. Remove Screws from the Brush Holder
7. Remove the Field Coil
8. Get Original Field Coil procured directly from Dewalt. Buy Now only on www.ultimamac.com
9. Place the Field Coil in the Field Case/Housing Motors
10. Fix the screws of Brush Holder
11. Pull out the Armature
12. Get Original Armature procured directly from Dewalt. Buy Now only on www.ultimamac.com
13. Fix the Armature
14. Place the Armature Set inside the Field Coil
15. Fix the screws of Housing SA
16. Fix the clip
17. Place the Cover
18. Get Original Carbon Brush procured directly from Dewalt. Buy Now only on www.ultimamac.com
19. Hold the Brush Holder and fix the Carbon Brush in it.
20. Similarly for the another Carbon Brush.
21. Hold the Brush Holder and fix the Carbon Brush in it.
22. Connect the Red and Blue Wires
23. Fix the Handle with screws
24. 2 Long Screws to be fixed near the Field Case & 3 Screws to be fixed near Handle and Cordset
