Hey pastor they say around 7 to 8 weeks. These birds get so fat they can hardly walk. It's been fun so far knowing they willing be going in our freezer. I'm keeping up with the cost to see how much per chicken per pound it will be. I'm sure it will be alot more than store bought but at least it is completely clean from the bad stuff. They will typically dress out about 5 to up to 7.5 pounds. Take care pastor hope all is well
