    Thanks for answering so quickly.when I turned it on,the calibrator stopped working and I have another one that doesn't turn on.I don't know if they can be repaired and since they are the best and they are no longer available,I want to know if they can be fixed,I will have to buy another brand and I need them for the pool work,Thanks for your attention.

      You are more than welcome, with these if it is no longer turning on it may be a board issue, whilst for the one that isn’t calibrating it may be that the sensor needs to be replaced. You may be able to have these repaired, where were they purchased? They are still available in Australia for purchase if required.

    Hello,I have a salt tester of that model and on the screen it says 0r,it also shows Er.1,I want to know that and how I can fix it,.I not have the instructions.thanks

      Thank you for your enquiry, with the EC-Salttestr11 an “Or” reading generally means that the sample is above the 10ppt reading of the meter. This can also occasionally display if the sensor is not submerged in the sample and is in air. Whilst an “Er1” reading means that the calibration is out of the specified value. When did the “Er1” error present and what were you doing when this occurred?
