The Tetra Kai is an interesting piece in hand. That red and white scheme pops real nice and it's great to get such a selection of weapons and thruster parts, but the thing feels flimsy and it's posing is hindered by the arm and shoulder peices. It's basically the same problems i had with the original Gerbera Tetra, but this one looks nicer

So it’s kinda in a grey spot When I close my eyes and look at the soul of this suit I do not hear the 0083 introduction music. I just don’t !!!!
I can't wait for this and the GP00 Blossom. I'm extremely happy that my 1/144 scale 0083 collection will finally be 80% complete. Just need a RG GP02 Physalis and GP03 Stamen for my Dendrobium. A man can dream😅
Very nice review i might pick one up if i can when it releases where i live at some of my nearby hobby stores i have a gp01fb but lost the v fin but have a spare and the regular gp01 but i don't think i wanna open it it was hard to find cost almost 200$CAD but the gp03 2 and 4 is on my list but the gp04 is gonna be 120$ thats how much it goes for most robot spirits in canada well anywhere from 80-120 but i'm also excited they announced a while ago that they are making the GP00 now thats crazy good
That was a later design by Mika Akitaka. The original lineart showed the standard Shield and ver ANIME has always gone with the original lineart in most cases
It’s a design carry-over from the Shield of the GM Command. I know that the Shields boast a significant anti-beam coating. I can’t recall for sure where I saw it, but I remember those little circles playing a role in anti-beam deflection but I could be mistaken as I can’t find the exact source.
I’ll stick with the Gerbera Tetra. Kinda want the Kai but I haven’t yet. Btw did you see this anniversary release of the RX-78-2? Am I crazy or does it look terrible? I don’t just mean the First Touch style white joints, something looks really off about it.
The green hands and white joints just make it look even more bland than the original release was. It’s “anime accurate” technically but it looks very plain. Like a straight-build model
It’s more than that, the coloring and quality of the plastic looks horrendous to me. Like I’ve done side by side shots and it looks like a knockoff or something.

For some reason this looks worse in a video than it did in the product images. Something with the proportions and colors? The blue, yellow, and white all look like almost inferior versions of the gpo1 colors. Torso looks thin and I agree that the head looks a little squashed. Idk, probably wont pick this up. Having the GPO1 and GPO2 for 0083 gundams is probably enough for me. The gp04 doesnt look bad, it just looks bad in comparison to the gpo1 I guess
Yeah the colors are different, although correct. The Mobile Suit is a different shade than the others in lineart. I don’t blame you for not picking it up and you aren’t missing much. I love the design but outside that, it isn’t an extraordinary figure by any means
@UC-RD Reviews Well depending on what lineart you look at it kinda looks the same or whiter than the gp01 lol Gp04 looks whiter than the gp01fb with the pictures on the gundam wiki Gp04 figure seems to have less of a pure white color Maybe its just because it was never really in an anime, so its harder to get the exact color and shape right (since theres no definitive art for it)
Didn’t get this one but i did preorder the Zaku Cannon for that massive Cannon (wished it came with the actual firing effects from the Xamel). Hopefully Bandai does Blue Destiny so we can get an Efreet but I do hope that they do Zeta Gundam so i can have the Hizack, Marasai and Nemo
Cannot believe how awful the leg spread is. I don't see any possible reason a new Robot Damashii release should have worse articulation than 20 year old HG's.

I recently got mine and you have to grab the body and gently push it down and the peg for the waste will sink in

found it ever so weird we didn’t get it’s custom shield but the same shield from the gpo1, good shield but curious why we didn’t get its own shield

I watched some other reviews of the GP04 and the loose torso joint seems to be a common problem

I haven’t had to deal with that personally but there’s some great tutorials on TH-cam for it

@@gabrielduval8369 the PROTO NT1 has yellowed plastic from the factory. I don’t own a figure that has yellowed. But I live in a very dry place
Overall feels better than the GP03 but it is still not so great in my opinion. I know it is Ver. Anime but a little bit of marking wouldn't hurt.
I feel the same. I do like this one more than GP03 but weaker than the rest of the GP lineup

Yeah Robot Spirits is weird about one figure having fantastic articulation and another having crappy articulation. No rhyme or reason
