Great presentation man, love how you dig down deep into the concepts.
I myself work in DC industry, just like to add a couple of points,
1. Firstly, these are fairly new technologies and still are in research, they have potential but have a lot of drawbacks as well, one being the cost of liquid which is very high.
2. DCs are real expensive to build, so clients don’t want to put money in a technology they are not sure about.
3. One more big disadvantage is the redundancy, which is one of the most important things to consider for DCs.
4. PUE for air cooled DCs can be as low as 1.1 using free cooling. I have done some projects in UAE with PUE of 1.6, which is excellent considering the high ambient temperatures.
Means in India Data center are to be established in cool area like Ladhak and Kargil area or may be in J&K.
