PTV Viswalk & Vissim: All the Way through an Airport

Thanks for the 3d demo, I wish to communicate with PTV specialist to get more technical support as a user for my project because I am building base model for DXB terminal 3 concourse A for the gate assignment (fixed gate connected to aircraft) and test different scenario's versus remote area parking that allows passengers to be shifted to terminal gate through Airport service buses. How to get the files and to see similar scenarios via VISSIM and VisWalk
