Spoiler of Spoiler: If you choice the evil rute, he will be the last boss but he will show him true power, the first battle only was a test to probe if you was a worthy hero but after you fell in darkness, The legendary knight will stop you in a final battle for defend the last bastion of Tubapolis.
Be warned when going after this well hidden super boss he has the highest defense and health stat in the game along with ridiculous melee damage don't even bother with magic he just nullifies it best I can say is before you go and try to beat him much less unlock the path to him try and recruit the tuba juggernaut or the tuba giant they both can soak up the damage for your team.

The fact that the Tuba knight is your brother just testing you... it really fits with his character as a soldier of justice but also one who loves his brother. He actually throws this fight, and let's you escape, he was easily holding back

this boss can be found on the very end of percussion peaks, right at the end of the cliff after getting the castle guards quest for entry into the castle, return to him with the bell of the hero and he will grant you access, also, if you return to percussion peaks with the bell and you can see the legendary knight training at the town nearby, give him his bell back and in return he gives you the orchestral armor, along with the drumstick sword, the armor he gives you is the best armor, including the dlc packs, and the sword is the third best weapon in the game and the second best sword on account that it deals bleeding damage and poison damage

To anyone watching this, I saw this all happen from the very first tuba boss theme. It was ameteur, kind of silly, and the tuba knight meme had lived its short and small life out at that point. Honestly, the Legendary Tuba Knight served as a great finale to the evil route. After defeating King Tuba II, you’d think it would be over and reality could be destroyed by the symphony of demise, but the gods of brass have form to the soul of the Legendary Tuba Knight to allow him to face off against you one last time in a bid to save the universe from ultimate destruction. It's all fun and games until The Legendary Tuba Knight starts jump dashing towards you and does sick moves like aerial raids and cross slashes while jumping back and forth on the air.
Beat all of the main story, and at least 70% of all the sidequests, then you'll get a notification that you unlocked the Tuba Knight. He'll join at your current level with insanely high stats
@@Morris9476 wrong, while you do need to beat the story 100% and at least 70% side quests, you also need to beat the secret boss “Tuba Father” which you find in a dungeon that’s unlocked after the story gets finished, and then find the Tuba Knight, who spawns randomly after Tuba Father is defeated and 70% of side quests are finished. Beat him (Extremely hard, almost impossible even with cheese) and then you get the companion Tuba Knight, who, if I remember, is META these days.

They actually updated the game recently with a massive overhaul of a good amount of side content, though the main story stayed roughly the same. The 100% main + 70% side quest requirement is the same, but the secret quest 'Accelerando' is now a specific requirement to summon Tuba Knight. Tuba Father was reworked from being just a dungeon-boss into being the main NPC for the Accelerando quest (with a further quest named 'Aria' able to be unlocked which involves T.F.'s deceased wife, though that quest isn't necessary for Tuba Knight) with him switching sides to be the end-boss at the end of the quest. (if Aria has not yet been completed, beating T.F. will permanently lock off the quest from that save file) Once the quest is completed and T.F. is slain(? it's unclear whether you actually kill the man when you defeat him, though T.K.'s dialogue seems to suggest it), Tuba Knight spawns in the inn of the first town of the game. By presenting the Cadence (a specific item you get from T.F. after killing him), you get a cutscene where Tuba Knight grieves for his (father? mentor? the japanese-to-english translation is a bit muddy at times, so their exact relationship is unclear). Afterwards, Tuba Knight challenges you to a battle - it's honestly the toughest battle in the game, in my opinion, though bringing back that 'Aria' quest from earlier, you can use the item Adagio you get at the end of it to severely weaken T.K. for the duration of the battle. IF you beat him, you'll gain Tuba Knight as a companion as long as your party isn't full. If it is, there's a bit of extra dialogue I won't spoil here and, afterwards, T.K. simply vanishes. HOWEVER, make sure you're completely prepared before going in as, without save-scumming, the battle is one-try only. If you lose, T.K. is gone for good.

Glad they made Tuba Knight easier to find, it was annoying finding him, and it seems Tuba Father is getting more importance in the story. But to me it seems that T.F faked his death, as the body disappears if we re-enter the room after a day passes, but it may just be a glitch in my save file, but I guess we will have to wait for the new update “Requiem for the Father” to come out, it seems to expand T.F’s story. Hopefully that comes out soon so we can see his story completed!

I can't help but wonder about that update name, though, as 'requiem' can be used to reference a ceremony for the dead. The devs are really making us think hard to try and guess this one. I really hope we might get some more info on "Tuba Mother", though! All we got for her was dialogue from other characters, and that was only for her hidden questline... hmm, I'll have to dig deeper, maybe I'm missing something. (though random sidenote, i wonder if Tuba Father and Tuba Mother are their real names or not lmao)
Seeing the tuba knight go all out to keep his oath to the king was really something. This fight was so sad after he spared you in the previous battles with him. And right at the end when he asks if you were the one to kill his brothers. It’s so sad. Which there was some way to keep him from dying.

@@Morris9476 wrong, while you do need to beat the story 100% and at least 70% side quests, you also need to beat the secret boss “Tuba Father” which you find in a dungeon that’s unlocked after the story gets finished, and then find the Tuba Knight, who spawns randomly after Tuba Father is defeated and 70% of side quests are finished. Beat him (Extremely hard, almost impossible even with cheese) and then you get the companion Tuba Knight, who, if I remember, is META these days.
@@thatfiremanguy3033 (GAME SPOILERS! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!) They actually updated the game recently with a massive overhaul of a good amount of side content, though the main story stayed roughly the same. The 100% main + 70% side quest requirement is the same, but the secret quest 'Accelerando' is now a specific requirement to summon Tuba Knight. Tuba Father was reworked from being just a dungeon-boss into being the main NPC for the Accelerando quest (with a further quest named 'Aria' able to be unlocked which involves T.F.'s deceased wife, though that quest isn't necessary for Tuba Knight) with him switching sides to be the end-boss at the end of the quest. (if Aria has not yet been completed, beating T.F. will permanently lock off the quest from that save file) Once the quest is completed and T.F. is slain(? it's unclear whether you actually kill the man when you defeat him, though T.K.'s dialogue seems to suggest it), Tuba Knight spawns in the inn of the first town of the game. By presenting the Cadence (a specific item you get from T.F. after killing him), you get a cutscene where Tuba Knight grieves for his (father? mentor? the japanese-to-english translation is a bit muddy at times, so their exact relationship is unclear). Afterwards, Tuba Knight challenges you to a battle - it's honestly the toughest battle in the game, in my opinion, though bringing back that 'Aria' quest from earlier, you can use the item Adagio you get at the end of it to severely weaken T.K. for the duration of the battle. IF you beat him, you'll gain Tuba Knight as a companion as long as your party isn't full. If it is, there's a bit of extra dialogue I won't spoil here and, afterwards, T.K. simply vanishes. HOWEVER, make sure you're completely prepared before going in as, without save-scumming, the battle is one-try only. If you lose, T.K. is gone for good.
@@Luna-wp4pu I didn’t know the side quests got reworked, that’s awesome! Glad they made Tuba Knight easier to find, it was annoying finding him, and it seems Tuba Father is getting more importance in the story. But to me it seems that T.F faked his death, as the body disappears if we re-enter the room after a day passes, but it may just be a glitch in my save file, but I guess we will have to wait for the new update “Requiem for the Father” to come out, it seems to expand T.F’s story. Hopefully that comes out soon so we can see his story completed!

Looking back at it, T.F. definitely disappears if you leave and come back after enough time has passed, not just a glitch on your end... still can't believe I missed that, haha. I can't help but wonder about that update name, though, as 'requiem' can be used to reference a ceremony for the dead. The devs are really making us think hard to try and guess this one. I really hope we might get some more info on "Tuba Mother", though! All we got for her was dialogue from other characters, and that was only for her hidden questline... hmm, I'll have to dig deeper, maybe I'm missing something. (though random sidenote, i wonder if Tuba Father and Tuba Mother are their real names or not lmao)

Seeing the tuba knight go all out to keep his oath to the king was really something. This fight was so sad after he spared you in the previous battles with him. And right at the end when he asks if you were the one to kill his brothers. It’s so sad. Which there was some way to keep him from dying.
