Scotty Kilmer I have a 2001 Toyota celica with way more problems then my 2001 1500 Chevy Silverado for one the celica has a broken speed sensor that is hard as hell to get to with my big hands. the front passenger side wheel bearing is going out and the thing smells like exhaust is somehow getting through the firewall probably because of all leaks and holes in the exhaust system/headers. And to top it off, I can’t see how many miles are on my celica or how fast I’m going because it’s connected to the speed sensor it’s a 5 speed btw.. but my truck runs drives perfect and no smells the only thing is the tumbler is messed up so it takes a little time to start her up. Other then that in my opinion I should’ve got a Chevy first instead of a celica.🤣

Is this a common issue? Our 2015 2500HD didn’t have this problem. We traded it for a 2020 Prius prime because our needs changed but I don’t know if I would say the Silverado was bad. Of course we only had a WT trim but $40,000 wasn’t bad for a half ton worth of capability with 4x4, limited slip differential and snow plow prep package (just came with it we didn’t use it as a plow)

Scotty. I had a family member have his 2001 Ford escape V6 engine blow after an oil change. We did an oil change because it sounded low on oil and the oil light was on. It was ticking. Not clacking. Drove it like that to AutoZone, put some cheap convention oil, the STP. Then pulled up to my house to do an oil change. The car sounded quieter after puting oil. long story short, we arrive and do the oil change. They leave. And about 20minutes later their car started clacking like it had no oil and turned off on them. No major explosion or nothing. Sounds crazy. What do you think happened?
