I’m about to buy this exact cart, 1999 Club Car DS tomorrow. Any things to beware of before purchasing? It has no batteries but anything else like wiring etc… first time buying one. Love the videos will be using them to restore it. But let me know
Very nice! I came across this video because I took apart my DS to paint all the aluminum parts. I'm having an issue putting the front trim back on that goes around the top of the glove boxes and around the sides of the cart. I can't get those movable "anchor" bolts to align with the screw holes in the glove boxes. Not sure if I'm explaining that correctly. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks, Lisa

I used toothpicks to hold them in place then I put a hot glue bead to hold them in place. Super easy and it worked beautifully.
