    you and I are the almost the same . I have been WFPB for 3 yrs. I will be 70 in December. I have been running for about 11 yrs. keep up the good work. Just remember the 10% rule. The 10% rule implies that the weekly training load increases should not exceed 10% per week. Happy running!

    That looks great. I watch Tami and have seen this recipe but have not seen him it made. This makes me want to make it.
    How long have you been plant based? I stared at 70 and now 73. I still ll have about 10 pounds to lose and am stuck.

      Hi Carolyn, it’s good to hear from you. I’ve been plant-based for nearly 3 years, and I’ve been able to maintain a lower rate than before on a plant-based diet. If I do put on a pound or two I cut back on the seeds and nuts and avocado, and increase my greens and vegetables. I also don’t use oils and that makes a difference. Have a great day!
