I drove a 00 Western Bull ten wheeler had a 550 Cat turned up just a bit to a 625 18spd with the 80 bogey Rockwell rears with a 102 22 foot steel bed on it. Hauled off road for Appalachian Fuels with it in Vicco, Kentucky. Hope coal is doing better over there for you boys than it is for us over here
Most definitely need more videos like this one I use to steam mining equipment around that area I sure miss it I lost my left leg below my knee so that's n the past now I'll walk again one-day
Pond fork WV. Last time I on that mine road was no fresh signs any mining nothing up holler from office up top mt. Only survey & core drilling crew I on ATV I bet 20+ years ago. Except A pretty new belt line to old Kopperston tipple gave them guys early retirement pull that stunt. Them mines was Big union jobs. I was scab. Paid into union though to work. Haul my share coal on.them roads. Got it made I had load myself 10 to 14 times daily. But I made for trucking good money. Boom days for that area. Eastern Coal was Big dog. Date myself they was building that tipple I was 1st. hauling in area. Nice ride bring back lot memories. I did this between strip jobs. I still cross into buffalo lot that way.
I’d like to see more of these coal hauling videos, if they’d kept Trump in office I was going to start doing some coal hauling over here in Eastern Kentucky videos. But lost my job so knocked that in the head. I drove a big RD800 tandem with a Mac aluminum bed on it made out of a Mac wagon that had been flopped
