to the people who have bad anxiety and judt worry in general PLEASE DO NOT WORRY. self diagnosing yourself is one of the most draining things. i have the same symptoms as michelle + many more that have to do with leukemia. it drove me nuts honestly. i went to the doctor and they said i need to do pt, and for the scratching its environmental. symptoms are rhe same as so many other stuff. (fyi i got bloodwork and they said i was healthy). i still do encourage u go to the doctor if u see anything off, especially weight loss (not on purpose). PLEASE DONT SELF DIAGNOSE IM BEGGING YOU.

I’ve been having such terrible anxiety because I have almost every symptom. The fatigue, itching all over my body, bruising and the muscle and joint pains. I did bloods a month ago and everything was fine but all this new stuff came up and it’s driving me insane. I keep on googling and I’ve convinced myself that I have leukemia but when I went to my doctor when the bruises came up, he said it was fine and told me to take anti inflammatories…my mom says she believes nothing is wrong with me as well and it’s all in my head so idk.

Let me explain why we feel tired. This is a symptom of cells not producing enough of energy. This process is disrupted by insufficient delivery of oxygen to the cells. For this to happen, oxygen that we breathe must bind to Iron molecules. Both molecules are wrapped inside hemoglobin (red blood cells) and as a package are moved around our bodies. Now, when we do not have enough Iron, which we should get from the food we eat, cells are lacking oxygen. The best source of Iron is red meat, eggs & fish. Even if we eat these items, we maybe anemic. This happens because absorption of Iron and other nutrients is disrupted in our gut. The main cause is incorrect level of ph of our stomach acid. Stomach acid should be very acidic in order to properly breakdown proteins. You maybe tempted to get Iron from plants. The problem is they do not contain sufficient levels of Iron and iron from plants is not easily available for our bodies to process. So, if you experiencing symptoms like acid reflux, thinning and losing hair, chipping nails, constantly feeling tired, then you have serious problems.

Don't put yourself at risk. Eat healthy, don't smoke, exercise, don't sleep late, have at least 6-8 hours of sleep... Practice drinking black coffee in the morning and green tea at night time. Those are super healthy bevarages known to protect your body against illnesses.

BUT, the worse thing is the itching all over the body. No creams help her. What should we try to calm the itching on the skin? It doesn't let her sleep. How can we help her?

@Cheyenne Davis Ah. Mine is slightly below 1. I have had 3 consecutive days worth of blood tests while hospitalized and no diagnosis, but I'm headed toward one. My PCP reviewed the lab results and is really concerned. Luckily she hasn't mentioned any sort of blood cancer, she's suspecting I may have hemolytic anemia which wouldn't have anything to do with my iron levels. My blood tests and physical symptoms suggest it's a good possibility. A normal billiruben test should show 0.3-1.3mg/dl, someone with Gilbert's Syndrome tends to have between 2-3. Mine the first test was 5.7 and the following day 6.5. She's ordered more tests for me next week and wants to monitor my levels since I had some significant downward trend on things like Hemoglobin and Hematocrit over 3 days in a row. May the odds ever be in our favors! Lol side note: I feel like garbage more every day 🙃
