- A Winter adventure, one Munro, one Corbett. Fuar Tholl is amongst the best of the Corbetts, especially in deep untouched snow.
Thanks again to Patrick, and to @IanTupmanOutdoors for such an enjoyable Hogmanay.
Ian and Patrick were snowshoeing on Fionn Bheinn on this day. Check out Ian's channel and take a look - but watch this first! 😁
Sublimely surreal snowscape. Ascending shadows - dreamlike. I felt transported. Thank you. 👏
Thank you! A beautiful way to describe the landscape. Sublime and surreal… very pleased you enjoyed it. All the best, Sue 🤗
These places and spaces are truly magical Sue. I know they can be brutal too but on this occasion you got the magic. They're mesmerizing - I was mesmerized. I enjoyed it end to end for its magical quality and good editing. What can I say - it was the whole outdoor experience in the Scottish mountains. Simply beautiful and awe inspiring. Good going. Mark
Wow! Thanks Mark! 🤗 It’s a grand arena, the NW highlands, that’s for sure. But especially in the snow. Keeps us going back year after year.
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth A pleasure Sue. Oh, you captured the grandeur for sure.
What lovely landscapes, the photos of the views were stunning. And you had it all to yourselves. Well done 👍
Thanks Mick 🤗 I don’t think many people venture up that way.. guess that’s what made the day so memorable 👌
Fabulous atmosphere in this film Sue (truly amazing and a well planed climb)
That food was very tenacious Dave 😆but very tasty I bet 😀👍
Best regards Simon 🤠
I never thought of egg as being tenacious but brilliantly observed Simon 😂 I just keep wanting to go back to those mountains…. thanks as always for watching 🤗
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth must of been the cold 🥶 😆
Excellent, I always love the way your videos casually combine adventure and a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. Great views of the Torridon mountains to the north!
Hi Duncan, what a lovely comment, thank you 😊 Don’t you just love Torridon? It hooks you.. like a dream world in Winter. And a friendly area too, if you don’t object to a ceilidh 😱
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth It's been 20+ years but I must return sometime! As well as walking guides, two books from the Lincoln library made me want to go, can't remember the first but the second was 'Torridon' by Lea McNally.
@@duncanbeard9460 Thanks Duncan! I’ll find it & relive the Hogmanay memories ❤️
Fantasy views in that descent ..
Am very envious .
What a trip
You’d love it up there…
@@FIVE-FOOTLythI can just do one climb each week but has to be close to home
Excellent, thanks for sharing
Thank you. This was really a pleasure to share. I could do that same hike over & over again. Sigh!
That looks like a fantastic hike. ❄️👌
Thank you! Not as much snow as your area, but still beautiful 🙂
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth 👍🙂
Hi Sue! Been otherwise occupied lately but got around to this now. Bet you wish you'd taken your snowshoes eh? 😉What a way to spend Hogmanay and with such excellent weather. Just back from the Cairngorms where conditions are very lean now. We desperately need more snow. Catch up soon. Ian and Meg 🙋♂🐶
The company over Hogmanay wasn’t bad either 🤗 Thanks Ian.. and yes see you soon! Hope the new lodge is good & Meg isn’t too bored ❤️
@@FIVE-FOOTLyth ❤️
