    Thanks guys, I really and truly appreciate you both. I only started doing yoga a few years ago, I was very weak and full of self hate, so I started with easier yoga like Yoga With Adrienne. I learned a lot and built up the groundwork to push myself more and more.
    After a while, I realized I wasn't being pushed enough and that's when I searched and found your channel. Flo used to make me angry when he did his "3, 2, 1... 1/2... 1/4" game (I still get a little angry, but I like it because it forces me to look at myself and my anger and be present even more). Now it feels like you release the exact video that I need, right when I need it.
    I've grown so much in the last year and a half since I found your videos, and I even did the 3 hour Yoga For Men episode just the other day. I still can't believe I did that, and it was amazing.
    So, all I can really say is thank you and all the love to both of you and your son. Please keep doing what you do.

    Thank you for this little practice. I just started a new job in construction and my body is feeling it, this was great for a bit of recovery as well as opening me back up. It's also helping get me energized for my day. I have to wake up so early now and I'm still getting used to it, but I'm glad I had time for this video before work.

    I’m on a ski trip with my wife in Colorado. I often do yoga before hitting the slopes, but I didn’t today. I skied hard as there was a fair amount of fresh powder. When I got back to the condo I started one of your Yoga for Men classes (25), but within a few minutes realized I didn’t have the energy for it. I did this one instead, and must say it was perfect for the moment. Listen to your body!

    Thanks for a great flow! I do think there is good reason for yogis to weightlift now and then. Even if not interested in bodybuilding, it still is great for maintaining and strengthening the bones which in turn is important especially as you get older to decrease risk of injuries like hip fractures and similar. Yoga helps as well with that but I think after listening to experts in the area like Peter Attia that a combination of both is optimal.

    I have been using your Yoga videos for a few months now and I try to mix it up with the type of Yoga videos you offer, since then I jave definitely increased mobility and flexibility plus a fair bit of strength.
    I have been training with many different types of sports and fitness routines over the years; rock climbing, weight lifting, Calisthenics, running etc. But so far yoga is the only thing that comes close to what climbing gives you with the training of your mind and your body.
    I love uour videos and think you do a great job covering something for everyone, I wanted to ask what you would recommend for a very light yoga routine for someone who will be recovering from surgery as I may be having surgery on my elbow from a long term injury.

      Thanks for practicing with us. Glad you enjoy the journey to self through the ancient technology of yoga.
      Regarding recovery we suggest rest, yin, restorative yoga and walking. Take a look at the playlists for these practices. Before doing your surgery we suggest seeing a structural integration therapist near you for a full 10 or 12 series which might help resolve the elbow issues by establishing full body harmony.
