It may have been produced by Williams Street aka Cartoon Network's Adult Swim studios, but the art style is Anime. Maybe not traditional Japanese Anime, maybe not Chinese, nor Korean, but the art style as well as the action scenes are right there with the aforementioned variations.
Stinkmeaner definitely deserves to have first chair on the Menace Round Table instead of Kid Buu, lets compare the feats

- Beat multiple asses while laughing and giggling
- Made a house out of people that got turned into clay
- Ate 2 cities worth of people that got turned into candy
- Erased the human population
- Blew up Earth even after no human was alive on it
- Went to Heaven to square up with the ops
- Almost pushed back an attack that used the strength of everyone on Earth

- Hates just to hate
- Getting up in Granddad's face
- Stepped on Granddad's new shoes
- Weaved Granddad's ass

This man was my introduction to Black Air Force energy, a true hater and any and all things. The Hateocracy just took things to a whole new level and most likely inspired who knows how many anime animators and writers to step up their game as they came BEFORE Madara, the VP of the Black Air Force Round Table, faded an entire army and made it look easy-they saw that they took notes from Naruto so the people working on Shippudden decided to do the same. When it screwed Tom's wife, I wasn't sure what was worse, the fact that he actually did it-or the fact he was able to make her moan like a pornstar despite using the same equipment as Tom, something Tom's never been able to do.
Stinkmeaner was born a hater 💀 like majority of haters like DIO or reverse flash become haters later in life not stinkmeaner just born this way pure black timb energy
