Pickle was hands down the funniest arc in all of Baki. The surface level thoughts of the characters wanting to fight the literal kill or be killed ancestor as soon as he woke up from a 190 million year nap is just bonkers.
Baki lost the strength contest but won the moral battle. Against Pickle, he forced him to use a technique to beat Baki and against Yujiro, he convinced Yujiro to "cook" for him.

He ties his hair back like he’s seen others do, he goes out of his way to wear pants, and he even smiles at other people he sees. However… He’s become an even bigger menace than ever before. Not because he’s learned martial arts, god no, if Pickle ever learns how to properly throw hands, then even Yujiro might break a sweat with him. They don’t! Yujiro says he has thought about fighting Pickle many times… but they never fight. I think Yujiro would win for sure though. I think Pickle is a bit stronger (not massively) but Yujiro knows like a bajillion techniques.

But since Baki was able to counter it entirely, it's visually less impressive than being juggled and instantly bodied. The feat itself as a feat is more impressive because of the technique needed, but I boiled it down to the fact it got countered that didn't make me go "Yo', what the f***"?". It's just my personal opinion though.

He’s clearly primitive, which means that his understanding of the universe and large scale human interaction tech, etc is non existent, and that’s made very clear. He essentially wanders around doing whatever he wants in any given moment and anyone can get it. He has no understanding of modern interaction at the beginning, and it’s unclear how much he could ever actually learn. We communicate complex ideas verbally very fluidly with modern language, and it’s actually impossible to learn to speak after you get past like 10 years or old. However, the human brain has been biologically the same for 200,000 years. I can’t rule out pickle being special even for his age but it was unlikely he was alone, he had to have at least had parents, but assuming humans existed then in bakis universe at the same societal level as we did in the Neolithic. This means it’s likely they had their own form of communication and from how pickle acts it seems to be almost entirely body language. He can obviously understand intent and can seemingly read into the more nuanced verbal communication of others by reading their body language like their words were written on their body. He looks like he understands what people are trying to tell him pretty well, but can’t communicate in any way we would find “subtle” enough to understand to that level. I really wanna hear his inner monologue bc it’s probably insanely out of pocket

As far as I understood that the reason pickle did not eat certain individuals. It's because of some strange code of honor. Basically to him, because they were able to put up a good fight. They deserve to live or not be eaten. That said, thanks for the new video CJ, it was awesome.
Pickle would only eat those who would fight back which is why he ate the Siberian tiger since the other animals ran away. When he cries that’s his way of showing respect for the brave soul that he’s about to defeat. However he began to change after fighting Katsumi instead of fighting to survive/eat he felt satisfied with the battle katsumi gave and for the first time he felt full in a spiritual sense from victory and that sated his hunger.

Pickle wad FLEXED UP when he got shot, the syringe got pickle off guard. That's the only explanation I got. The bullets made it through Pickle's skin but didn't go through his Mooscles. The syringe might have gone between his MOOSCLES or just penetrated his skin and into his veins.
My guess is that after Pickles’s first rampage and the whole “news reporter incident”, Einstein there, realized they needed some kind of “leash” for Pickle. So he made a special syringe to penetrate his strong body. But it isn’t full proof, cuz remember you still gotta get close enough to inject him with it😂

The feat itself as a feat is more impressive because of the technique needed, but I boiled it down to the fact it got countered that didn't make me go "Yo', what the f***"?".

I wonder how smart pickle actually is. He’s clearly primitive, which means that his understanding of the universe and large scale human interaction tech, etc is non existent, and that’s made very clear. He essentially wanders around doing whatever he wants in any given moment and anyone can get it. He has no understanding of modern interaction at the beginning, and it’s unclear how much he could ever actually learn. We communicate complex ideas verbally very fluidly with modern language, and it’s actually impossible to learn to speak after you get past like 10 years or old.
However, the human brain has been biologically the same for 200,000 years. I can’t rule out pickle being special even for his age but it was unlikely he was alone, he had to have at least had parents, but assuming humans existed then in bakis universe at the same societal level as we did in the Neolithic.
This means it’s likely they had their own form of communication and from how pickle acts it seems to be almost entirely body language. He can obviously understand intent and can seemingly read into the more nuanced verbal communication of others by reading their body language like their words were written on their body. He looks like he understands what people are trying to tell him pretty well, but can’t communicate in any way we would find “subtle” enough to understand to that level.

As far as I understood that the reason pickle did not eat certain individuals. It's because of some strange code of honor. Basically to him, because they were able to put up a good fight. They deserve to live or not be eaten. That said, thanks for the new video CJ, it was awesome.
