I guessed 7 you were right at 4. What oil mix did you use? Neo Tec told me to run 25:1 the first 5 tanks. I think im Going to run 50:1 being I have a few gallons premixed.
Hi, i cant tighten the saw chain. It seems like when i turn the tension pin nothing happens. Then when i sit the chainsaw up the chain falls. The chain is very loose. Any help would be appreciated, thanks for the video.

I run 40:1 in all my 2 stroke engines, after a couple of tanks of 25:1 break-in mix.
I have cut up 2 small trees with it. Running 50:1 red armor. Wide open out the gate. She’s running good!

Sounds like it may be broken. I wouldn't be able to tell without looking at it.
