"Oldschool ticking" - Tommyboy, Playboy Eddie, Flattop, Hamustunserve
Strobing - Flattop
Dimestop - Robot Prince
Thats just for good visual examples of what most people imagine when they hear these words. Andre is right about the similarities and speed; hes also right about strobing, but I've never seen anyone take it to that level besides him. A strobe light can "strobe" slower, and to me, thats what it looks like when Flattop does his thing.
