Great video as always, Joe. I've been playing this deck a lot myself as well and I like your inclusions. I've been debating latias, moon ex and the baby gouging fire, but getting it streamlined seems like the better option for now. Less is more.
@@MyZelda91 it doesn’t gain much but also the deck already manoeuvres around Pikachu ex, lost zone stuff and miraidon fairly comfortably so there’s nothing to worry about!
Swapping out fluttermane for the single prize gouging fire feels like a no brainer in a format heavy with ogerpon. can reach for 200 with munki as well. Thoughts?
@@cody2teach277 I mentioned a couple reasons why we like flutter in the video, helping setup gouging math but I think the fact that it covers you into iron thorns and lost box in addition to being an attacking threat keeps it’s slot over new baby gouging
@@leokiralla4449 that’s also an interesting one, definitely a powerful option: the one thing thats a pain is we use so many attackers and the koraidon can’t chain off itself so is that one option for the opponent to hand disrupt and take out an engine 2 prizer and it can often leave us with no play to follow up with!
@@akaakaakaak5779 i can see it, but I’ll take the extra draw and prize lead, also KOing a Charcadet that was powered up and take it off the board. But again- i see both sides of it
@@jamesa800 in terms of number of attacks needed to win the 60 would only make sense if we could use munkidori and flutter later on in the game to take a single prize KO, but the only bench targets would be more cadets which the opponent could evolve out of to deny our line of play!

Been playing this since it appeared with a good result. Amazing deck.
Having some issues updating it with the new SSP cards.

Will try this version on the next local. Thanks for doing this video
Just won a tournament with an alternate GF build today. Great deck.
Been on Gouging for the last couple weeks and its so versatile. Delphox is so underrated
Got some high expectations for this at Stuttgart!

@@purpleguydeadly4235 yep good call
I'm glad this deck is finally getting the respect it deserves, been playing it since rotation and been telling people it's good the entire time 🤣
It's still a bit slow, maybe the Blaziken ex breathes a new life into it but I don't know.
No Latias? 😅
we've played around with it but bench space is already so tough to manage that the jets still felt the best
@@OmniPokeDude you have so many 1 of pokemon, how does that bench space work out? 😂

Thoughts on the new koraidon on here? Joe Turrentine played in at Sacramento, I think over Entei

@@OmniPoke yeah I took out fluttermane at a cup this weekend, then hit 2 Mimikyu/pons in a row, immediately regretted removing flutter 🤣
23:21 misplay - you had switch cart
in hand to do 60 & KO charcadet
@@jamesa800 taking a single prize KO didn’t do a whole lot for us there, it was a choice not a misplay 😅
whats the point tho? the prize mapping is probably 2-2-2, taking a single prize is not a good enough reason to have gouging in the active spot
