Many interviewers dont understand that its not about them. So they just tell so much because they think its relevant. But its not. We dont want to listen to the journalist opinion. We want to hear what the General has to say.

"I'm so much smarter, in better shape, and more handsome than McCrystal,.. that's why i'm going to train the special forces in singapore.. the only society good enough for me... Because I'm mr. wonderful, seals and sof bore me, so does this imperfect country"
I'm like five minutes into this and it's already outstanding. Great perspective to bring in!

Joe seemed like he wanted to talk about himself and the things he’s done more than focus on the subject. Very poorly executed interview in my opinion
