I assume the framework of that is done internally by HG anyway which they give to the artist. i feel like it would make more sense to compare Chongyue to Thorns rather than Mountain, since the former two are both semi-ranged-focused, need time and enemies to charge their skill, and aren't super tanky. Which is a lot more in common than Mountain whose main draw is his very high self-sustain and short setup time.
Still a bit off since thorns is always ranged, has two block, doesn't need to be meleeing to charge so can be used in safer locations, has a more generically useful expanded range, and self heals really quickly between waves so often gets away with no healing at all as well. What he really compared to imo is stuff like indra and Jackie. Where he is clearly an upgrade. Mountain breaks the mold to the point of almost being a different subclass
ChongYue does like 2-3x more damage than Mountain, more range and can hold 3 lanes at once... and can hit behind him.. It's worth giving him a Skalter/medic, definitely s tier... But he dies fast alone, so Mountain wins that part that he was always the best in.
mountain also has the advantage of being good in a pinch while chong is useless if he doesn't set up first so it can make him hard to use if he dies at a bad time or needs to be constantly redeployed

well, I think most player always depend on lane holder and they don't always use healer operator like medic. that is why they don't like Chong Yue only because he cannot heal himself like Mountain... what I wanna say is if your operator almost dying just deploy medic to heal him. don't start complaining and comparing just because he can't solo all enemies while staying alive on stage.

hey look! 3 of my favorite archetypes in one video the things i use usually dont need a ton of healing or are supposed to be expendable (brawlers and dollkeepers), and my arts damage is usually pretty inconsistent (almost exclusively through dollkeepers and phalanx casters), so incantation medics are just perfect for what i need (also shoutouts to folinic)
I don't care if Reed's not that powerful. She's cute and that's enough reason for me to roll for her. I bet she'll get along with Hibby and the old well just fine
DW Reed is quite powerful and can have one of the Highest HPS in the game, when her healing falls flat due to high res she is simply a buff army member for other arts dps that can deal with high res better (Surtr, Eyja, Goldenglow, Omertosa). Most of the time you don't need medics, so see Reed more as a dps + debuffer that can sometimes heal if you need it. You could consider her as a Gnosis that exchanged crowd control for heals.

I really like Lin as a phalanx. Even if her archetype makes her way less generic than someone like reed alter or ifrit, she definitely looks really good when conditions are right. Can't wait to go pull for her, skipping reed alter for lin. Praying to rng god go bless me with lin early so i can save for kirin yato 😭

Won't Reed alter work well with stainless since He can summon a turret that allies can attack? So if you need constant healing, you could put his summon down on an op you want to heal?

I dont think that works. Reeds need to deal some damage, then convert half of that to healing. No damage dealt means no healing.
His turrets are coded as enemies and every hit from a non-artificer op decreases their HP, it might work.
