This is very helpful thank you, the description of each step is very well detailed, easy to follow and relaxing to watch! Also your mandala art work is very beautiful.
So glad you enjoyed it!! I've also written a blog post so that all the steps are written down. Here's the link if you're interested! :) www.fortyonehundred.co.nz/blog/howtomakeartprints
Do you create a different file for each size print you do? Im trying to work out the easiest way to set up a file for a variety of sizes for each print?
Yes I do! But I only do 1 or 2 sizes per print. So I have them all saved in my computer. I use photoshop and once I have a size (e.g. 20x30inches) you can drag the images onto the file to make sure they all look uniform
You're welcome! So glad it's helpful. I'm filming a lot and have new videos every Wednesday. Are there any topics or videos in particular you'd like to see from me? :)
Do you have a preferred method of splitting the proceeds of collaborative work? For example do you both sell the same print / you sell then send them half after the fact / or is there a specific app that facilitates this kind of thing really well? Thanks for the great content!
Great question! Probably worth an entire video in itself :) In my experience it's always easier if one person takes the lead. In some of my collaborations that is me, in some it's the other artist/brand. You negotiate a price that includes production, printing, packaging, shipping, and then the effort for being the arranger! :)

Such a helpful video! What printer did you used for the printing?
So glad you enjoyed it! I don't use a printer at home/in the studio - I go to a professional fine art printing service and they print my prints for me
Nice and helpful video...what is the printer you use for taking prints
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. I go to a professional fine-art printing company, I don't make the prints myself :)
@@fortyonehundred ok thank u
what paper do you use in each of your works?
The paper I use for my prints are either Hahnemuhle German Etching 100% cotton rag and Epson Cold Press. High GSMs, always archival papers & inks!
