Badam Milk :
Full Fat Milk - 1/2 litter
Custard Powder - 1tbsp
Milk for custard Powder - 3-4 tbsp
Almonds - 10 (soak in water and remove the skin)
Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped Nuts (pistachio, Almonds)
*I did not add cardamom or saffron but if you want you can add to it
Khus Khus Badam Rose Milk:
Almonds - 5
Cashew nuts - 5
Cardamom - 2
Khus Khus - 2 tsp
Sabja / Basil Seeds - 1 tsp
Milk - 2 cups
Milk for Grinding - 3-4 tbsp
Rose Syrup - 3-4 tbsp
Chopped Nuts (almonds and pistachio)
* Sabja seeds, badam, cashew nuts cardamom and khus khus soaked in water for 30 min.
