    What's good everybody! Today's workout coaching video is all about how to squat properly. If you've wondered about how to squat with perfect form, its about a bunch of form protocols. Today's video is a detailed explanation on how to do this lower body exercise correctly with 100% good form. Squatting is the mother of all exercises, the queen of all workouts. Working your lower body is very crucial in building your overall strength levels as well. Today's video covers squats for both men & women. But more importantly we'll be covering free body squats as well as weighted squats to be performed with a barbell. Yes it is a technical movement but it is something that every fitness conscious individual must know of. This exercise tutorial video will cover every detail of this leg exercise.     The feet should be placed shoulder width or more than shoulder width
    because in this video you said more than shoulder width apart and one video of yours you said shoulder width apart

    Its regarding which whey protein isolates are WITHOUT soy....As i am allergic to soy its getting really difficult for me to choose any international brand whey protein isolate for supplementation....each one is having soy lecithin in it with a food allergen warning Soy. Currently i am alternating with Six pack nutrition and muscleblaze isolate whey as both products assure thrs no use of soy in it. Plz a humble request to u for making a video on whey protein/isolate products(indian and international too) suitable for soy allergic people.
