- Day 3 in Chaing Mai and it was amazing and beautiful. We drove from Chiang Mai city to Doi Inthanon being the highest mountain in Thailand, rising 2,565 meters above sea level. The temperature here drop 5 to 6 degrees or more from the city. do carry a jacket if you don't like chilly weather.
