I walk and hike all the time.. I’ll be 36 next month. I’m counting my days on when, I as a woman, become a victim or find one .. I’m protected so hopefully i won’t become one 💪
This was one of the most educational true crime accounts I have ever listened to. The last story especially fascinated me. The narrator thoroughly explained how fingerprinting has been developed over the years...as i said,. very educational. Thank you to all the people who helped to catch the criminals in these stories. It delights me to no end when a murderer is caught after 30 years of freedom, all because of developing technology. It's going to be very interesting to watch the continued advancement of technology, and how it will be used to catch criminals.
lmao the "dramatization" @28:50ish made me laugh. The cops colleague just stands 50 feet from the residence as his partner enters alone to clear the place. Like gj bro, you got that front yard on LOCK. I'm sure your partner definitely wouldn't want you to back him up clearing an unknown residence with suspect(s) possibly inside lmfao. I'm just picturing the comedic conversation that would have to happen for that situation to ever occur (which it obviously would never happen, since few cops would be that stupid). I'd imagine something like "ok I'll wait here, you go check it out." "oh ok, you don't think you should back me up?" "nah you're good don't worry, if you run into trouble just shout for me I hurt my knee earlier so I don't do stairs." "k." In all seriousness though, it's upsetting to see that the victim was a WW2 veteran that paid his dues and then some and was then murdered by some cowardly punk that contributed nothing to society aside from murdering our war heroes that earned our freedom.
I hate it when reference Canadian places. I don't understand why they can't specify the actual town (and it's Flameborough, not Flameberry?). Town, Province, then country please. You don't say Texas, United States.
Seems to me there is a high chance for human error in these fingerprint comparisons, hope defence lawyers are double checking, and hopefully times have changed where humans are drawing fingerprints into computers
I believe that it is opportune, in today’s society, to issue a strict law that requires parents to provide the DNA of each newborn baby. Similarly, upon coming of age of adulthood, every citizen must provide their fingerprints.
2001- Ontario Canada- A partially decomposed human skeleton was found by a jogger on the side of a road. I’m watching this from Australia - the body was that of a female and had been bludgeoned to death. Examining blow flys and insects found in the body investigators determined that the date the victim was killed and finger prints were also examined to find the identity of the victim. After seven weeks the remains were identified as Evette Woodrum, a 38 year old woman. Police then turned to her husband, Mohan Ram Kassum, for information. The husband said his wife may have run off with her lover and police also questioned the victim’s daughter. And police also questioned Arun Kumar the victim’s lover. Kumar owed money to the victim Yvette Woodrum. Then investigators turned to the husband and interviewed him again.
16:30 should have been obvious to the Ds when her father wouldn't let her into the house that her mother was inside dead these Ds couldn't find a needle in a pincushion 😆
This first lady..they said was of Asian descent..but she may have Bern mixed.. well of course she was.. So they just can't say say She was Asian..and leave it as that.. Duhhh.. smh 🤦♀️. I'm 🙏 for the detectives..

@@forandonbehalfof4753 a spelling mistake isn’t a crime. Giving a person 25 years for burglary should be providing nobody was killed.

The guy that shot the WWII vet needs to burn in hell. What a sad ending for someone who gave so much to our country.
Absolutely! Survived through war, just to be killed back home by a low life thug is heartbreaking.

Thank God I don’t run, hunt or walk my dog.. I swear they’re ALWAYS the people who find these dead bodies 🤷♀️
I walk and hike all the time.. I’ll be 36 next month. I’m counting my days on when, I as a woman, become a victim or find one .. I’m protected so hopefully i won’t become one 💪
I’m glad you don’t hunt your dog either! 😜
It seems that way, but I haven't nor found a lost puppy.
40% of all unexpected bodies are found by dog walkers. In the UK at least.
You don't even take your dog for walkies? Poor pup what a sad life 😞
I love these series in Nebraska USA at 4:44 a.m. Thank you.

How ironic that you survived the World War, the Nazis, but then shot dead in a burglary.
You think someone cooked the rump roast afterward?

An EMS unit for a body from a dumpster? I sure wouldn't want to be the next person to need an Emergency trip to the hospital!!!
