Im currently in line for me scoliosis surgery, i hope i get in soon! The doctors said that just in two weeks my scoliosis makes a move.. like it moves 2 millimetres witch is so much in my opinion, im so scared.
I had that surgery and if I would of known to bring my own pillows because I still have hospital pillows and I had it 4 months ago and I can do my splits and other dance things and it was so wore fit 💕😄

You have had so many great ideas,especially checking his bed to see if he can climb into it. I would have NEVER thought of that. Question, how long were you in the hospital?
I’m having mine on March 2. Kind of scared. I have a 76 degree curve which is very bad, but I don’t have as much pain like I think I should. I been watching a lot of scoliosis videos and surgery videos over the past four months. I’m just wishing for the best outcome as possible. Please pray for me.

@danielaocansey6130 I'm feeling great actually. surgery recovery was very rough but it's been almost 3 months and I feel much better than I did before surgery.its definitely worth doing if your scoliosis is severe enough.there are some limitations like not being able to bend to touch my feet but other than that I've still got decent motion and can run and be active without pain which I couldn't do beforehand. so far I'm very happy with the outcome!
I wished I had an undershirt or something to wear over my brace. It would be more cover. Also you can’t turn over in bed so wear something silky like a night shirt or pjs
I’m getting my current rods out and getting a halo for four weeks then getting a fusion and permanent rods this August and going from my last surgery (I was there for 3 weeks) this is super accurate! And braids were the best hairstyle!!

Nic Euse Hi! I would ask your doctor just to make sure! I noticed I had lower back pain last year and I went it for a check up, and I found out I needed to workout my back muscles to keep them strong. Now I do planks to help them out. But I would ask your doctor! :))
Seek TMH. Watch my playlist they did give me pain meds but it’s scary because it takes the pain away completely. It’s narcotics. I don’t want to rely on narcotics. It sucks super bad. I haven’t taken one yet this morning because the pain hasn’t been super super bad, but my sleep pattern is fucked I wake up every 2 hours. Ugh. Thank you so much hardest surgery I’ve ever been through. Thanks for the support
i definitely would recommend a blanket, socks with grips, and shorts!!!
