    I was looking for Confluence Template used for Daily Scrum Discussion. However, this way is also nice. Rather than using Backlog and starting the sprint, from active sprints click on particular users.

    In a word you cannot control the process if you do not have a document (task status in Jira) to confront what developer is saying.

    as a developer, don't i have an obligation to query my team members after accomplishing my assigned/assumed tasks to assist other devs in reaching the sprint goals as completely as possible and in a timely manner? As an SM, am I crossing a border into micromanaging by pushing hard to get daily accountability for the devs to stay on task and update completion and doing the aforementioned query rather than rabbit-trailing on interesting non-sprint related problems??
