I suggest that when you are interviewing celebrities, you let them start by introducing themselves, including their background, just as you do for others, so that we will know that they also started from somewhere to get to where they are now.

Ghana is sweet and enjoyable when you have the basic means. Otherwise forget it. I've been there before. You will feel the real heat and pain when there is no hope. There's not much jobs in Ghana, period
It's not mentality biaaa. Ghanaian actors are not very talented and the story lines are not creative or interesting. The fact that you can't even admit this shows why the industry has collapsed now. You are competing against the world market now with the internet being accessible to all. No one will waste their time to watch bad movies when there are so many better options. This goes even for Hollywood movies.
Ghanaians love consuming foreign goods/products instead of locally produced goods. So farming will not solve the problem unless Ghanaians decide to change their taste for foreign goods. Go to the local markets and you will see tomatoes 🍅, pepper 🌶, cabbage, onion 🌰, carrots🥕, etc getting rotten at the farms and marketplaces. Another funny thing is that the local farmers are also complaining of the dollar even though they don't import anything😂 You employ workers in Ghana and tell them the pay for the position from day one and later they begin to steal from the business owner 😂😂 Ghana is a whole mood😂😂
