idea: after you finish something with commands like this, turn it into a datapack, its pretty easy, basically the same commands. Then it works everywhere without loaded chunks
the way you worked out the issue with the end portal lava block thing was genius,and it gave me the inspiration to try my hand again at making crouching work like a source game!

I think at 7:02 the reason it wasn't working is because the ai of the rider always overrides the ai of what is being ridden, so is the command block moved the player up and the boat up it would work

6:02 I think what happened here is that you got in the boat and whatever command you ran caused your client to exit the boat, but your player is actually still in the boat on the server, so when you threw the ink sacs, it tossed them from where the boat was because your player is actually there. When you log in you see that you're in the boat since it resynced you with your actual player. If you look up "fundy boat glitch" you'll find some videos that show off this weird bug, but using a different method to cause it
This was so funny and that command block which makes the boats jump, make dropped things teleport and we can't pick those up , made a circle which boats, is the best minecraft command block ever!
