আমার ছেলে এবং মেয়ে সিটিজেন এবং PR. সত্যিই খুব ভালো দেশ। আমি ৪ বার গেছি ও ৫-- ৬ মাস করে থেকে এসেছি। আমার স্বামী উচ্চ শিক্ষিত (Geologist) হয়েও কানাডা তে নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে পারেনি। দুর্ভাগ্য। কেনো জানতে চেও না... বললাম ঠিকই কিন্তু শেষ জীবনে ছেলে এবং মেয়ের কোলে মাথা রেখেই মরতে চাই। ওরাও চায় নিয়ে যেতে আমাদের। একটু দেরি হয়ে গেছে। এই বছরে PGP programme govt এর কোনো প্ল্যান নেই। তাই খুব হতাশ হয়ে আছি। এখানে আমাদের কেউ নেই। তুমি যদি আমার লেখাটা পড় তাহলে আশা জাগিও সুদীপ্তা।

So settling down in Canada or any other Commonwealth Country is all the same like building castle in the air . Canada is still under British Dominion Status as much as India is concerned . Yes life-style & Citizens' Charter might have been well maintained in Canada . That could have been the significant difference to a great extent .

All that you have said applies to Finland too. But the biggest problem in Finland is that, Finland is not a English speaking country.
Jekhanei you go n Finland one thing you hear "puhutku suomea?" Means do you speak Finnish. That makes life of immigrants slow over here.

@@Smile-el9no আমি 42 years England এ থেকে দেশে ফিরে এসেছি. আমার সব বন্ধুরা ইচ্ছে হলেও ফিরতে পারছে না. Retirement life ওখানে খুব কষ্টকর. লাস্ট দিন পর্যন্ত কাজ করে যেতে হবে. দেশে সব বড় City তে luxurious senior living home আছে.
আমাদের দেশে natural beauty কম নেই. North East এ, himachal pradesh এ ,আরো অনেক জায়গা আছে. সব জায়গায় কতো রকম ফুল, ফল, varieties of orchids.
এখন Canada তে worker এর দরকার বলে লোক নিচ্ছে. England এও অনেক benefit ছিল, এখন অনেক লোক হওয়া তে এবং system টা abuse করার জন্যে অনেক cut করেছে. England এর Indian রা benefit claim করে না unless desperate. I put it to self esteem. . Medical ঠিক free নয় কারন যারা চাকরি করে তাদের contribute করতে হয়.
দেশে যেটা চোখে লাগে সেটা হলো চারদিকে নোংরা. তবে আমি শুনেছি indore খুব clean city.
Canada আর India র crime different. India তে most of the crimes are political but in Canada or any other western country is racial. An innocent person is targeted just because of his race.
If you think of india's population, it's a miracle how people are surviving. India is the second largest producer of food. So many people get free or almost free ration.
No country is perfect. Even in so called affluent societies people suffer from depression.
Working environment in Western countries is better but retirement life in india is more comfortable as you don't have to cook your own food even at the age of 80.
I understand India more now as I am back here permanently. I miss England and my friends of course
My message is based on my personal experience of living in England and now in india.
That's why Khalistani movement growing up to much.
