- Beyond is such a mystery even with the bits of information we can gather. I really hope we learn more about him in upcoming chapters. But who knows maybe he'll be a mystery forever. As usual feel free to comment about what you wanna see. For anyone that's curious upcoming videos are gonna be about Beyonds strength and nen type, Pariston, Gyro, Ging, and then more about the Zodiacs and Leorio. Finally at some point ill get into the very long story that is Kurapika and the Succession War.

I think that drawing with his glowing and smoking hand is the *biggest* hint towards his power. His hands are a common theme, like with the pen which is definitely standing up by the influence of his hand hovering near it. That still doesn't say what his ability actually is. But we definitely know that it's some physics-defying ability centered around his hands.
Watch it be his hand being able to operate miracles and the nen ability name being a reference to the hand of God

It's pretty strange people see beyond as evil. He's driven and will do whatever he can to get what he wants but we just don't know his full plan yet.
He like netero is basically how humanity would act with seeing something new and I really hope we get a chapter soon as berserk has been going wild these past months with chapters
He may be selfish and overpower like Tserrednich, but I also don't believe he's pure evil.
He’s not evil, he doesn’t seem like he’d ever go out his way to hurt or harm others. It’s just those that follow him will likely end up getting hurt. I could be off but I’d also describe him as a chaotic neutral.
@@torresmoblade at worst he could use evil way to get what he wants but if at best he's the most human humanity can be as we constantly go places that are dangerous and conquer them. If togashi kept his story going I'm sure by the end humans would find a way to control everything in the dark continent

Loved the video! I think it would be cool to see one on the smaller characters that are going to the dark continent, like some of the less talked about spiders, going over their motivations, connections and how they might impact the arc.

I have a crazy theory on what Beyond and Nasubi’s plans are
What if their plan is to make humanity strong, experienced, and evolved enough to conquer the dark continent.
To do this they could arrange a world war using their influence to turn nations against each other and thereby tearing them apart.
Eventually Gyro the former ruler of the NGL who was reborn as a chimera ant
will join in on the action as his goal is to spread as much evil in the world as possible.
And If Gyro does take over meteor city then he could turn it into his own nation and convince the people there to get revenge on the world that abandoned and rejected them.
(It was said that Gon and Gyro are foreshadowed to meet one day
He could have an important role in Gons return to the story one day)
All the conflict Beyond, King Nasubi, and Gyro could cause would lead to the deaths of millions but those that survive will be deemed experienced to survive the dark continent.
An ideology that is mixed between misery builds character and Social Darwinism.
And the Succession War is to determine which prince will become the ruler of the new evolved humanity.
To prevent the Hunter Association from ruining their plans, Beyond gathers a group of nen prodigies who he personally trained so they could rival the Zodiacs in terms of nen and combat experiences.
Their code names would be based on the Greek Zodiacs as a way to counter the Chinese Zodiacs of the Hunter Association.
I know it’s crazy and a little far fetched but what do you think?

I don't know if this is an accurate take, but I think it was said somewhere that good nen users are good at hiding their true abilities, and I think for sure Beyond is.
I find that kind of fascinating, you're a great nen user but a sign of your mastery is if you can conceal your abilities instead of showing off.

Tbh, I think Beyond is bait. Togashi is usually not one for doing exactly what we think he will do, and beyond is very blatantly being set up as a villain. And that lack of subtlety is what's making me think he won't be that bad, or even just a good dude
I could be wrong but I think it’s stated that if your family is something you have a likely hood of also being that. So netero was technically an enhancer but focused on emission and conjuration to create his buddha. It could be safe to say beyond is the opposite and he’s a specialist and we can’t guess at all, but considering what Ging can do with nen it wouldn’t surprise me if Beyond is an enhancer who took emmision and manipulation to the extreme. I think his nen ability is to “inspire” people with the more people that believe in him the more nen they both have together. Hence why he has a following because he’s been there twice already but his 2 legions he led got wiped out thus reducing his strength. Could be a curse or contract he made there since togashi foreshadows these things in the arc before hand with alluka saving gon and gons conditional spike in power, post mortem nen, spirit beasts, hatsu activation during zetsu. I mean he’s truly an enigma like ging
outside of going and paristan, beyond has to be the most interesting character in the series.

I believe Beyond Netero is actually "Isaac" Netero's real body and personality using some kind of dark continent power to control a second body. Having fought against the king of the Chimera Ants using his second (weaker) body may very well have given him the confidence to say he can face any of the calamities. And OF COURSE Pariston would be totally aware of that.

Honestly, if it was written to as long as it is supposed to be, it would be more than twice as long as what is written now. I don't suppose it will ever be finished unless Togashi hires some other illustrators.

Is it possible that Beyond Netero isn't even human? What if he isn't the son of Netero but a clone of some kind or a monster masquerading? Netero kept the monster Beyond Netero shackled since the world wouldn't just let the "son of Netero" just leave to the dark contenant on his own and also by claiming the monster as his "son" and giving it his blood, it guarantees he's protected as well and blends right in with everyone else. Why do this? The world would never allow a monster like Mereum to make any decisions. The world would immediately attempt to squish him, for how dare an ant be better than man. But what if however a monster like Mereum blended in as a human being? But not just any human, but the "son" of the most distinguished hunter?
Now was Netero just warning everyone of Beyond because he's strong or because the dark continent is dangerous? Netero is a darwinist that enjoy testing people even if it kills them. He enjoys mystery and challenge. He's a troll. He could care less about who lives or who dies. He allowed a child like Gon into the death tournament hunter exam for the lols. Netero most likely hates the corrupt world since it doesn't breed even more strong people. It's not that he hates "evil"(He even has pariston as a pet to generate chaos) but corruption that leads to weakness. That's why he probably agreed with Mereum not because of the "injustice" of the world but because of the "incompetence" of humanity. Due to the savage nature of the hunter exam, he must to some degree believe people are responsible for their own lives and choices. So why would he warn the Zodiacs of anything? As if they couldn't handle a single nen user? Even if it were his son? Why would Netero turn on his own son for the Zodiac's sake while ironically having someone like Pariston around knowing full well Pariston doesn't give a shit about human life and especially the lives of the Zodiacs? There's no way Beyond is all that strong anyway. Powerful nen users are known to fuck up like Hisoka letting Chrollo get more abilities and Chrollo getting defeated by a single chain from Kurapika. Most prideful characters in HxH get obliterated eventually. Netero was killed by challenging Mereum to a fight knowing he couldn't win, Mereum lost to a nuclear blast from an opponent he thought he defeated. Neferpitou was killed by a single human, a species she looked down on. Illumi got his arm broken by underestimating Gon. Etc. Etc. 0

The physical limitations of the physical body having to face your own mortality slowly degrade your highest potential no matter how OP you were in your prime is what happened to Netero, he had 1 foot in the grave when he faced Mereum, whilst Meruem was fresh out the womb beaming with life and light. His name even means "to shine light" meruem was brimming with vitality and the algamation of his whole species which gave him a head start. Netero had to disconnect from the world and his species to reach his fullest potential through solitude which was actually opposite of what Mereum had to do.
