I used to help out an old 90 year old
man with his needs. He used to ask for the frozen potato from a box, microwaved with a bit of butter. And thats all he ate in the evening.

When my grandma died I had to help clean out her house thag her brother (my great uncle) also lived in. The house looked exactly like this and it took months to clean. Not because of labor but sitting down going through each individual used gum wrapper making sure it's okay to pitch. It's wild.

For context. He and his mother lived there since he was a kid, his mother was also a gamer. They ended up both being kinda lazy when it comes to cleaning.
She passed away a little while back and most of the things there are left from her. The house has huge sentimental value. I dont blame him for staying.

The craziest thing is that he could EASILY afford to have a cleaning service come in once or twice a month to just clean his home.
He definitely has a hoarding issue and just can't throw anything out with any sentimental value.
He also isn't bothered by the mess which some people just aren't they don't mind having a messy desk where-as others need everything to be neat and organized.
Honestly I think he just needs to have a cleaning service at-least twice a month and he also needs to start doing some bare minimum work himself.
Just him throwing everything food/drink related into a garbage can/bag instead of leaving it out would help a lot. And then getting rid of like 90% of the junk in his house. Like basically throw out all the old clothes and beddings, mattress etc.
He's rich enough he can afford to buy a new wardrobe, bed, sheets, furniture etc.
Everything you see in this vid is just the outer appearance I can tell you right now with how dirty his house is he probably has an infestation of either bugs/insects, mice and mold.
He basically needs to hire a contractor and re-do all the floors, re-paint everything, and check the house for mold and mildew as-well as bugs etc.
In all honesty he's way to passive and chill about the whole thing he seriously needs a reality check or to just rip the band-aid off and clean his whole house out and keep it clean.

To be honest everyone here talking about how *bad* he lives, honestly has never truly grown up poor or lacking every day necessities. I can't tell you how many times we got donations from the churches in our area because we couldn't afford food, or the amount of times we had to illegally turn our water back on (imagine taking baths in swim trunks with your male cousins to save water) with wrenches after it's been shut off because we couldn't pay the bill.. or always having to wear hand me down clothes from your older cousins/brothers because your family couldn't afford new clothes every year for school.
A lot of you that have been raised on the internet have truly never struggled with actual hardships of life, a lot of you grew up thinking the internet has *always* been around and everything has been easy because your parents sacrificed their social life to make sure YOU didn't grow up like them.. and A LOT of you take advantage of that and spit in your parents faces by not showing the same hustle and grind they did.. and just expect things to be easy because *YOUR* upbringing was..
