Best news! These men were so stunted emotionally and they did what they did under Extreme terror and opression and domination and also mental torture. it is time that we as a society evolve past our views of the 'perfect victim' and that we become more educated on the effects of childhood S/A, abuse and trauma. This case is a big opportunity for our judicial system to change in a significant way. For anyone truly interested in the truth and in justice, please watch the court tapes. I think this is probably the right decision. But I also can't help but to think of the other people who are stuck in a prison system that was unfair to them that will never see the light of day. The industrial prison complex must be taken down. 💔
what is the point of having any judges if they can resentence someone years later???? That judge made their "judgement" because of the case before them. Too bad if their lawyer did a bad job. They hired that lawyer. If we are going change sentences based on how the law might change 30 yrs down the road...we are going to have to pay a huge amount of people lots of money for smoking marijuana and getting caught. Many of them spent years in prison for very little weed but we say things like oh well that was the law at the time and they knew it so their sentence stands. We dont have hard evidence that their story about abuse is true. These bleeding heart DAs are ruining the country.

They had TONS of evidence but judge didnt allow it ,cuz prior to their trial in '96 - OJ just got freed.That got a lot of backlash, so judge didn't want LA court to have bad reputation so he shunned all the evidence. Their lawyer didn't do bad job, they ran out of money so Erik's lawyer decided to pro bono them. & there's tons of evidence that came out recently - 4 menudo boys were SA by their dad, & another manager was also involved at the time. This crook Gascon doesn't wanna mention that but everthing comes to light eventually...

I remember this case at the time, I cannot believe those young men ever had LWP 😮
