@@lauralabate8459 Thanks for watching!! I don’t use any specific brand of supplements, you can find any of the ones I’ve listed at any health food store 🥰 I hope that helps!!
Hey! I slowly weaned off my amount of training over some time so it’s hard to say the exact length of time it took for me to get a regular cycle, but I would say took me 3-6 months to get it back and about a year to have a regular cycle :) It also actually wasn’t so much about the quantity of food I was eating as much as it was the amount I was training. For instance, when I didn’t have a period I was still eating 2600-2800 calories a day! That’s a LOT of food, and yet I still didn’t have a period at that time because of my lifestyle and overtraining. I now train and eat LESS than I did then and have a period. In my experience, the amount of food I ate did not make a difference. I also didn’t share the exact amount of calories I eat because everyone’s body is different and the amount you need will completely depend on you and your body. The best advice I can give on that is to eat at least the minimum required calories for your own height, weight, age and activity levels. You can find that with a simple calculation or googling how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Hope that helps!
Thank you so much for sharing! Would you mind sharing links to the supplements you use?
