Kamek should unquestionably be top tier. He was licking his lips over Bowser and kept his fingers stuck in a piano just because he told him to. I think also that if you have multiples of a character, you should rate them on how they act in that bit, not how they act in the whole movie. Cat Mario should be in the not a simp section.
