We were supposed to see these great guys at the Fox in Detroit on March 22nd. It was postponed because of covid. Postponed until fall or winter. Now it is canceled. My soul us so in turmoil. After 2 years of covid bull, and my husband being sick I just really needed to find happiness. Was so looking forward to this. I'm heartbroken
There are so many compliments for Ryan Kelly . But I honestly don't say what's the difference Ryan Kelly can sing the worst song on the planet Earth and still make it beautiful. You might notice that Ryan Kelly is one of my favorites I'm trying my best to find his solo he has a new one and I can't find it anywhere can anybody help me I already got nails solo I want to get Ryan solo as you might be able to see Neil is my second favorite❤❤❤❤
My husband & I loved Celtic Thunder & had most of their DVD'S. We would spend many hours listening & watching. My favorite was George until he passed away. Music calms my soul . Love Ireland & pray to visit before I follow my husband. Watching these little clips brings back wonderful memories.

I almost flew to Ireland after my divorce to bring back my Irish heritage in blood. But my beautiful Spanish princess captured my heart and soul and oh how the Lord has blessed me.
my grandparents used to play this on their tv since it reminded them of their newfie tunes, since the irish were one of the larger groups colonizing Newfoundland, and I took to the Celtic Thunder preformances "like a duck to water", but this was my favourite. I had only gotten a glimpse of it once before I was able to catch it in full, fading to obscurity through the years with other relics of my childhood. It was in conversation with a friend from latin america in which I remembered Celtic Thunder, something of more substance I could provide to the cultural music exchange other than Out For a Rip, and it was then where I discovered that it had been uploaded to youtube. While I am more diverse in my taste of music, it is Ryan's preformance which is my favourite of the many done, and I applaud his cultivation of talent.

There is no disputing that he is a good singer bur he is not telling the story, he's just singing the words. Christie Moore sings this song very well.

Sadly and shockingly, George Donaldson passed away in 2014 from a sudden massive heart attack. He was such a great singer and a great guy as well!
