- CHICKEN GIZZARDS WITH TOMATO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo chicken gizzards
1 & 1/2 cups sprite (8oz)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
1/2 tsp fish sauce (tikman nyo muna bago kayo mag add ng salt o fish sauce)
Onion rings
1/2 cup green peas
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 1 tbsp water
