You shot Providence beautifully in this series. Practically had the place to yourself in Dec. The first day you filmed was uncommonly good weather for the season. Only thing missing is more people, not as bustling with foot traffic as it was in the past.
Little delayed here but as a PVD resident I enjoyed these videos. You hit a lot of great areas. Dune Bros. is seasonal and wouldn’t have been open hence your concern for cold outdoor seating haha. You’ll have to hit Federal Hill next trip. Living downtown I’m happy to share some additional spots next time you head here!
Very cool you found some very cool restaurants. I found 3 very good restaurants. If you stay at Hampton inn the put out a huge breakfast from 6 am to 10 am. You name it they had it.
@@Jamesnu Providence had more nice restaurants than more most cities do. I will post the restaurants I had dinner at if you go back you can check them out. The dinner you had breakfast at in NY looked very good.
Thank you! Yeah, it's hard to say how a video will do. Sometimes they don't get many views at first, but then they build up over time. That was the case with the Providence video I did before this one.
Greetings! NYC for sure, but because NYC is so much larger than Providence it does have an unfair advantage, but still, that donut shop I went to in the video was really good and better than a number of places in NYC.
As a RISD grad, many decades ago, I really enjoyed this episode. Thanks, R.
That makes me happy to hear! Thanks for watching!
India Point Park hosts many outdoor festivals, food trucks, and a good spot to see 4th of July fireworks from 3 different locations simultaneously.
Nice! Yeah, I bet it's a great place during the summer!
For a small museum it has an amazing selection of world class pieces from contemporary, impressionist and renaissance. Another solid video James!
Thank you! Yeah, the museum definitely has a lot to offer despite its size.

Thank you! Yeah, I hope more return. Providence is truly a place worth seeing!
There simply aren't enough drinks with decorative, happy little bears in them!
Indeed, but that happy little bear was a challenge to eat!
Brown is such a nice campus. Another great video James!
Thank you! Yeah, it seemed nice, but I'll have to check it out during the day next time.

Thank you! I appreciate it! Yeah, I had a great time in Providence and I hope to return sometime.
If I ever go to Rhode Island it’s because of you.
That makes me happy to hear! I really enjoyed the state!
That museum is awesome! I thought I was in France! Didn’t expect RI have this kind of establishment
Yeah, it was pretty impressive for it's size with a great quality of work!

@@mollycaz1 Yeah, Providence was great for eating! I just wish I had more time to try more places. Yep, I really enjoyed that diner too!
My friend lives right down the street from that donut shop. That's on Wickenden st. 😍
I envy your friend! Living next to a donut shop that amazing is awesome!
That museum looked lovely!
I really enjoyed it!
Thanks for covering my new favorite city (mostly due to waterfire)
And thank you for watching! I really appreciate it!
great video you shulde put it out again like it's new maybe people weren't ready for it

Love this!!! I'm from Providence!!! 💖💪💅😍
Thank you so much! That makes me happy to hear!
Is PV Donuts still serving the Pizza Donut?
I didn't see it there, but that sounds really interesting!
@@Jamesnu saw it on an episode of Really Dough/Thrilled. Season 3 Episode 8
@@NoahEats I'll have to check that out!
That bear drink is so adorable haha
For sure! But a challenge to drink!
My hometown💙💙💙
It's a great place!
@@Jamesnu Absolutely,thanks👍
who has better donuts? NYC or Providence? Greetings from Germany

IMHO you missed our best donut shop, Knead doughnuts 🍩 !
Next time.
@@Cstoreri I wanted to go there, but it was a little bit out of the way for me, but next time I'll definitely give it a try!
PVD is good but Knead donuts is where its at.
I'll have to check that out then next time.
PVD, not “Peavey” or whatever you’re saying.
Okay. Thanks for the tip!
