I was hoping for a Christmas match special with Blockey, Steve Buzza, and Rory.

Really miss the Christmas course vlogs! Lots of laughs! I go back and rewatch one or two every Christmas.

I know the "pull out" feeling, great tip for multiple purposes. I'll try it this tonight and also the next time I am at Trackman 😅

These are great tips, Mark you hit it on the head regards to three common mistakes golfers of all levels make. I happen to be a single digit and they are extremely relevant to my common faults. Thanks

Very good and simple piece of advice preserving the shoulder plane.

Oh, I'll be putting some marks on the ceiling for sure. Always get something out of these--positive approaches to hitting driver better. Consistency goal rather than all that speed chasing. That lead leg straightening and pushing off is something I'm seeing, now. Thanks!

@@MarkCrossfield Mark, it's the left shoulder over the right foot for me. Winds me up with driver--solid hits... tried with 7 iron from right side and 6 iron wood from the left and that shoulder tip worked there, too. Yeah, I'm going to play lefty for the senior league and righty for the further back tees on other days and courses. The Wilsons are new DynaPower on the right and the left are some Ram Lasers that look like Cleveland Launchers. Didn't want to waste money if I couldn't double dip. Oh, I went with interlocking both sides so I don't have to wear two or change gloves between shots. More than you need, but wanted to get back to you. That last tip on this lesson was the one, and the left shoulder over that right foot is gold. Hate to ever say this is it, but I'll tempt fate. Thanks!

Mark when you next playing golf in Ireland would love to meet you as I have been following you for years now, and my son has just taken up the game and has his first handicap of 15 at the age of 13👍🏻

Mark, does the turning the left shoulder down and over the right foot work the same for an iron or fairway woods/hybrids?

Hi, does front shoulder poont towards the ground, as the eyes look at the ball?
Hands first and club ( the forward flow)

I sort of got the message you need to nail the turn in the backswing in order to make this shoulder movement? I know you mentioned 'a chicken and egg' scenario but does it still work with a physically restricted turn?

When your feet are together I assume the ball position is still a little inside the lead foot? I think this could help me and I’d like to bring it to my coach but I want to make sure I’m doing it right, cheers.

Would it be sacrilegious if I drew a line on top of the driver clubhead, perfectly perpendicular to the face, to aid direction alignment?

@ of course, agreed on the basic stuff. To me, the way it was explained removed the “simple” or “practical” idea behind the movements and swing thoughts. The shoulder idea alone as it was explained began to appear difficult. Hope that helps?
