Over the last 5 months, I bought a pair of Aperion Ribbon super tweeter, a Fostex T90A, Fostex FT96H, old Realistic super tweeter, TakeB and now getting a Pioneer PT-R7Y to place on several speakers - Vandersteen Model 2, Yamaha NS1000M, Usher Compass and Mission 752. The speakers are in the TV room, all wired to the same 8 channel McIntosh Amp so I am able to compare the sound generated with and without super tweeter on a real time basis fairly. it is very easy to switch the super tweeters between the speakers and move them forward/backward. I find there is a BIG difference, the room suddenly feels bigger and more alive with super tweeters. the clarity generated is amazing. It is good to buy a few different types/brand and match them to your speakers. I think it is good to try out to see (rather hear) what matches your existing speakers.

I would like to add a pair to my Klipsch k-horns. I just wonder if they can stay with the Klipsch without blowing? I run a 1975 Marantz 2325 at 125 min watts per channel and also run a pair of Klipsch Belle speakers on B- channel. Yep I rock some times , and wouldn’t want to suck them up but would like to extend their range in the highs . Thank you for your help if you could tell me if they will match up .

Hi - I got my Aperion Audio MKII Planar Magnetic Flat Ribbon Super Tweeter delivered today and I connected it to my Monitor Audio Bronze BX2 speakers. For some reason I can't get output from the tweeters. I have connected the same way as advised. Plese can you advise?
