I had a good experience with UHaul using a 15ft box truck and and a car carrier. The only hitch on the trip was the wheel strap on the carrier kept slipping off so i called roadside assistance and had to wait 1.5hr for the technician to arrive as he had to drive halfway across the state. Took him 15 mins to change the strap.

Wow! 1000 miles in 12 hours pulling a car. That would be a minimum of 84 MPH nonstop.
Thanks for this video; it was good. Why do you suggest to use the carrier vs. the tow dolly?
The car still gets some wear and tear with the dolly. With the carrier it’s fully off the ground.
