I have to say: your fuel pump mounting solution is much better than the original ones. Everytime I need to remove the fuel pump from the tank is a nightmare to put it back!
Awesome Donn, love the built up tank flange. Would have taken ages on the lathe and cost a fair bit in material. I occasionally use my TIG pedal between my knees for upside down on me back jobs🤣 Keep up the great work💪

Looking really good dude, If you wanted to replace the section of exhaust that houses the oxygen sensor the thread size is M18x1.5 so you could weld a stainless half nut to it or you can get weld in O2 sensor bosses in stainless (I had to get some for a customer a few years ago)

I did a lot of tig welding when I was younger mild steel and stainless I was never a fan of tig welding aluminum though ........odd I know but I always enjoyed the smell of welding in general !! Great progress you take a great deal of pride in your work and it shows .......this is why I enjoy your channel ......and the added humor keep up the excellent work👍👍 !!

I really love the way that you mounted the pump / level sender in the tank , maybe you could extend the fuel pickup pipe to reach the bottom of the tank with some fuel hose and a brass weight to follow the fuel level in the tank when travelling on uneven ground, just like in a chainsaw fuel tank 🤔

The only thing missing is the 4-wheel steering. I was hoping that you would when you used front end struts and a arms on the back. There is always the option to retrofit. If you are going to use this as a woods buggy, that would help a lot getting into tight places. Even if it was just a double ended cylinder with a wood splitter valve for the rear, it would be really cool.
