Incredible stuff! Love your work! What stuck to me is the saying "start before you're ready" and how intuition plays such a big role into it. I'm an artist but also a motivational speaker, and I want to look into making hats for my brand this week! I don't gotta get it right the first time, just keep on going and learn along the way!:)

Ehhhh the ads. Totally ruined what would have been great content. Marie you are everything though, going to watch the Impact Theory version of this chat without the ads.
There will always be room for improvement, knowledge to gain, but the key is starting now, don't hesitate, you'll learn more and more on the way, you'll gain experience and you'll get to where you want to be. Start today and put your fears and doubts aside, don't compare yourself to anyone and compete only with yourself
The boy scouts have a method called learn by doing. Learning by doing is my best method, when you are doing smthing you are learning, and the same time unlearning, getting rid of old beliefs. Thank you Jay and if you here and never been a boy or girl scout probably search for the scouts method, it's one of the best methods and in the world.

I love the conversation, but the ads are too much. Since this is about everything being figureoutable, please figure out a better balance of taking care of you financial needs and taking care of your audience.

Haha nice pun there! Honestly though even Oprah has ads in her podcasts. Necessary "evil" in the entertainment space for survival. He's also got to earn a living. At least he's backing the services/products that are being advertised and they aren't contradictory to his beliefs.
Also most folks are willing to deal with ads for entertainment, then why not for wisdom? I wouldn't want him to not have the resources he needs to continue what he's doing - sharing his wisdom in a relevant manner. So rare.

Sometimes it is really important to deny certain things without even trying them. Certain foods (end up causing food addiction like sugary foods) and certain proselytizing religions (end up making you dogmatic and stupid) are examples - reject them, don’t even try them and move on.
