Jeez I owe you a big one man, didn't even freaking know there were variations to the different costumes. I just figured out that you have to switch pallets today to (on my own). I know its only the third day for NA release but how the heck did I miss that till now. Game has to many menu/options >.> [shifts to passing the blame]
Someone really needs to have a full gallery of every outfit. Including Simeon's and Abel's. I'm not sure how to get other ones I've seen online that aren't dlc .
I've seen a female character with Simeon's scarf and abel's fur thing on the hip. Also a bikini outfit and another one I can't seem to find anywhere on the web. Really hard to find stuff on this game.
u wot m8 Bikini you unlock when you reach 0 sentence, the scarf you unlock after finishing story, at entitlement unlocking place Accessories(not your partner)

You can change it at any time whenever you are in your prison cell.

Simeon and Abel's outfits belong to the male avatar section.
As for other ones, I believe they are on sale on EU and NA psn.

Even all of simeons wishes count towards story? Cause I beat the normal game ages ago.

That's one, two you obtain them through pt points.
Completing the main story gets you the rest.
Shaving off your 1,000,000 year sentence also helps.

AlphaBlob still unlock with entitlement. All the costumes other than the default and dlc require unlocking through claiming entitlements
