    For me personally, Ideas are really the easy part, the hardest part is the technical part or even finding the right people to execute your idea!

    A great video and as some one who has started multiple businesses I would have to say this information makes sense in the tech industry. Some of these points also go over into other sectors but be careful. Its so much easier to start a company but its also just as easy to screw things up. After v1 make sure you listen to that MBA whispering in your ear and get yourself structured before advancing and taking funds.

      Young Grizzly can you elaborate on this?

    In my case, as a contractor(UI/UX), a lot of startups come to me with a shitty product and want me to help fix it :O. Lots of great points nonetheless

    What's the best way to find non-technical co-founders for sales(customer acquisition), customer out reach, support, pitch meetings... Is that okay to outsource?

  • @andrewkiminhwan
    @andrewkiminhwan 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    i wish "in"sourcing could be a thing

    If you’re a tech startup without a tech cofounder you’re (probably) doomed.

    I'm working on a prototype but the problem is everyday I come with advanced features ,I don't know how really organize thes features, I mean what are the metrics that help you change your prototype before you start develop it ?

      You have to apply the idea of MVP and get something in front of users. Watch them use it and figure out how to make it better. Then make something that will absolutely delight them. At least that's what YC says!

    • @DheerajBhaskar
      @DheerajBhaskar 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Peter thiel says you can have this goal but it doesn't work well as a direct goal/direction. There are a lot of things to decide when you want to be a good Startup like what will you solve, what value will you provide people. So, you will have to decide on the problem-solution pair nonetheless even with your smart trick of reframing the problem 😀
