    A bolder makes since for sure, i always looked at it like a giant taco on my back, and if you tilt forward you lose your fillings. ... then its just a empty shell and nobody wants a empty shell 🤣🤣

    omg the Front squat is NOT a quad dominant exercise. At least it shouldn't be if done right.
    The biggest misconception with squating is that bar position does not change the muscle activation pattern.
    Hips/glutes are always #1.
    Indeed the further the bar is in front to more leverage the glutes have! It's the complete opposite of what they said!
    The problem is the front rack position is a bad position to transit the force.
    If you don't believe me just use a front squat harness. You should be able to squat the same as back squat style if not more!
