Beginner Composes Music Part 2

I returned and did a Reorchestration of the song I wrote a few months ago. At that time I was about 3 months into composing. I am about 6 months into composing, so I still am a beginner at this. So here you are, an improved version of (Cinematic Strings). I called it that because I am bad at naming things.

Composer in his 3rd year of university here. I think this miniature is absolutely stunning! The downward leap at 0:24 over that big suspended sounds genuinely tugged at my heartstrings in a way not much music can these days. Great things ahead; can’t wait to hear more of your output!

I think if you make the bass, so double bass, tenor, etc., a bit more mobile/playful, it makes the piece more interesting. keep up the good work!

might i recommend not crossing parts over (eg. alto should always sing above tenor, and other things but that was it)

Yes a little bit, from my piano teacher But mostly TH-cam videos and self teaching.

What does it sound like? Does it sound like the MS Basic Sus Cymbal? Or does it just cut off. Sometimes it has to be a Forte or it will cut off on the tremolo crescendos.

@@RH81808 i use the cymbal instrument, put a tremolo and a crescendo. it sounds cut off and metallic
